Bandrau is the trade name under which Daniel Rodríguez Carmona provides his services. It is not a company, and anyone contracting does so with the individual identified above.
As of the date of this notice, Bandrau is not registered as a trade mark or trade name with the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office. It is used as a distinctive sign in trade, and that use is not presented here as a registration that does not exist.
Intellectual and industrial property
The design of this site, its code, its texts, its typographic composition, its animations and its own graphic and audiovisual material are the work of the owner and are protected by intellectual property law. You may browse and read freely; reproducing, distributing, transforming or publicly communicating them requires written permission.
The Bandrau logotype and identity elements are distinctive signs of the owner, regardless of whether they are registered.
The work published in the projects section belongs to the respective clients and is shown with their knowledge, as a portfolio. Third-party trade marks, names and logos appearing on the site belong to their owners, and their presence implies no link or sponsorship.
Use of the site
Access is free and open. Anyone accessing it agrees not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to submit content through the contact form that infringes the rights of others.

We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors, nor that the site will be available without interruption. Service descriptions are informative and are not a binding offer: each engagement is set out in an individual quote or proposal.
