Virutes is a real focacceria in Sabadell: an open kitchen, long-fermentation dough and a menu that changes with what is in. The brief had an easy trap in it — the restaurant template, with its carousel of dishes and an orange booking button — and it would have buried exactly what makes people come back. So the site is built the way the focaccia is: few ingredients, plenty of time. Photography shot in the place itself, editorial typography, slow scroll and a menu you read in one go. No stock, no urgency.
